Domestic EPC

These are fairly straightforward and are best provided on a local level.
 Your local energy assessor can usually provide a fast and responsive service, without the use of middlemen, and with flexible appointment times to suit your needs.
   On a domestic level Sterling Energy Surveys serve the A10 Corridor centred around the Borough of Broxbourne.  Most of our domestic EPCs are supplied to customers within the Lea Valley.
  Whether you need a weekend appointment or weekdays from 7.30 am to 8pm, no problem (daylight permitting), just give us a call.



New Build EPC

New build property, needs to comply with part L of the Building Regulations which governs the Energy Efficiency of the building. The calculations provided for conformity can then be used to generate the EPC required for marketing. 

Calculations showing Part L conformity need to be provided to Building Control at the design stage and again at the ‘As Built Stage’. These calculations can then be used to produce the EPC.
Sterling Energy Surveys is able to provide this service for residential property using SAP methodology and for commercial property using SBEM methodology.

With the recent changes to HIP regulations a sale property needs to have a Basic HIP in place before any marketing commences. With the EPC being the core component of the basic HIP it makes sense to have your HIPs supplied by your local Energy Assessor.

Sterling Energy Surveys can provide fully compliant, insured HIPS through the AutoHip platform. This gives you the option of online tracking and online submission of the PIQ form.
 If you want to market ASAP just give us a call and we can generally have the Basic HIP ready next day.










We can provide Lease plans produced on AutoCAD software that are fully compliant with Land Registry requirements. When these are combined with an EPC the surveying can be completed during the same site visit thereby reducing costs.
